On Sunday we had a little get together for Gramm for her birthday...Here is a picture of Aubrey enjoying her cupcake.....gotta a busy day today...back to work/school then HOME to start baking...thats it for today tomorrow starts my 25 day in december..see ya then..

Count down for the BIG day...

All the pages are ready to go....I will start my 25 days in december on Wednesday. I love doing this album each year..looking back at the past years is so much fun...watching the grandkids grow each year and seeing all the different dogs that have touched my life sometimes brings a tear to my eye...ok so here is a look at my album before the whole things gets started.....

Let the baking season begin...

Yep today is the day...the tree is up....and I can pretty much say the decorating is done...I could add a few more lights to the outside but it's pretty cold outside so whats out might be it for this year...We went for our tree yesterday and it was just me and the hubby and we took the 2 Huskies they loved it..well onto the baking...I have a bunch of cookie tins that need filling so today I plan on baking but first I had to do a layout for some DT work here it is...it's not Christmas but thats ok because its still FALL even though its COLD....Update on my 25 days in December....
its all complete and waiting for Wednesday the first day of December..This year I am doing 2 of them...2 totally different ones...one for me and making one for my Mom as her Christmas gift...mostly it will be filled with the dogs and grandkids...possibly a new baby from Nicole....gotta get upstairs and start that baking....

Waiting on Santa....

I did this layout this morning...Its an older photo of my dog Boomer...doing what he does best.....sleep in front of the fireplace.....Its a simple layout but it has a special meaning to me...My kids bought and gave me Boomer on Christmas morning back in 2006.....in October 2006 I lost my Golden Alvie to cancer he was only 5..so my kids knew I needed a Golden in the house so they searched alot of breeders and found Boomer...He is my Special Christmas gift that keeps on giving year after year.....

Busy end to the weekend

I am just finishing up packing for my class today..I am teaching my version of
the 25 days in December...a daily count down to the BIG day....I can hardly wait to get teaching this class....at last count I had 10 plus in the class.....hope I don't forget anything...Now on to some scrapin I was able to find time yesterday morning to do a layout...I wanted to use some of that older Christmas paper I have laying around so I thought I would do one of my daughter Nicole and her baby bump...since she is due around Christmas..




well that's it for today I gotta get done packing and off to the scrapbook store...

And it has begun...

The Christmas Season is in full swing here in Alburtis....Looking at my calendar the next few weeks is crazy and then add the possibly of Nicky (my daughter) having her baby adds to the excitment.....Oh well I am working on getting the house all decorated so that the baking can begin...I am preping for my 25 days in Decmeber class at Insipered Treasures on Sunday...this should be fun....Saturday is a shopping day going over to Animals In Distress to walk some of the dogs and then home for dinner....oh add some scrapin time also in the morning...Oh my scrapin weekend was great got lots done..hopping to get photos tomorrow so I can show ya what I got done...some really cute things if I do say so myself....ok now off to play with my new Imagine gotta start using that bad boy...
