Boo to you...Can you say Happy Halloween

With just a one week left of summer vacation I thought I'd better get working on some Halloween stuff...I love makin different things for the house So I came up with this cute little wall hanging that is already hanging back in my laundry room..
I used a white pencil to make stitches around the edges and let me tell you how much I LOVE my newest Cricket cart. Mini Monsters..so cute..not to scary..very kid friendly I LOVE it...well here it is....Thanks for stopping by enjoy your stay.

It's a Birthday time...

I am so very excited this weekend I will be going to Inspired Treasures for their Birthday Crop....2 days of scrapin with my friends....now what to work on...I am in the middle of baby baby baby stuff..A friend is going to be a grand mother for the first time in October.so I am putting together a sweet little baby girl brag album for her....and then of course my 2 new grand babies coming soon...so I need to just keep mkaing baby things.....have a great day.

4 months and counting....

Yep it's only 4 months till Christmas....are you thinking about shopping...baking....crafting.....I think in a few weeks I will start with
all the Christmas crafting..not sure what I'll do yet...know I want to do the
25 days in December again I have been doing it for 2 years got the idea from Ali Edwards....right now I am thinking Halloween...I am going to create something for the house...sorry no photos today....gotta get going. have a great day.

Lace Cardstock...it's so pretty and really fun to use...but we never seem to have it at home when we need it....or if you do its the wrong type or color...So why not make your own...Thats what I did

Ugly..ugly...ugly...

When I saw a challenge to use that ugly paper...I started with my photos...I knew I wanted to do a layout on our new husky Shelby...so I started searching through the deepest, darkest, depths of my early scrapin days where the ugly paper lies....
When I came across this zebra print it was perfect for the black & white color of the huskies...then I kept digging I found 3 matching pieces from Heidi Grace autumn 2003 it was dated on the back....I got to work trying my best to make the uglyness not stand out so much....The challenge wanted 1 ugly 12x12 background paper...at least 3 other pieces of ugly paper....stitching....glimmer mist...got all the points...
I made a hidden tag with the story of Shelby I also added that this layout was created for a challenge using ugly paper...not that in a few years I look at this and say WHAT THE HECK was I thinking!!!!!!!
Great challenge....4 ugly sheets of paper gone only 999 more to go....

A rainy Sunday Morning...

It's a rainy Sunday morning, and the dogs are sleeping that gives me time to get my scraproom back in order...and do some layouts. On Friday we moved everything around. I gained a whole lot more room...Now Ashley will have her own table to scrap. Heavens knows I could not share my 3 tables with her LOL. Any way. I did a layout for Sketches in Thyme
